+ How far in advance should I start looking at trying on dresses?

We always recommend brides to try on gowns 9-12 months before their wedding date to ensure there is plenty of time when the gown arrives for any necessary alterations or changes on the gown

+ Do I have to book a appointment?

So that we can give each bride our undivided attention appointments are necessary. With each appointment you will have one on one time with the head designer -Bobby-Lee where we will work closely with you to find the perfect gown to meet your body shape, style and personality.

+ Is there a cost for booking a consultation?

We do charge a one off $60 appointment fee that we’ll take off the price of your perfect gown, and any subsequent appointments there is no charge.

+ What sizes do you cater for?

We produce sizes from a size 4 to a size 34. Due to the cost of holding stock, Bobby-Lee has selected styles in stock to cater for size 10 too size 20 to ensure there is a great selection of samples for all shapes.

+ Who can I bring with me?

You can bring whom ever you like, mums, sisters, friends, bridemaids ect….. We however recommend no more then 4 people, we have found that the opinions of a trusted few always make it easier for you.

+ Price range?

Our price ranges from $2000 to $3500 for our ready to order gowns. Bespoke gowns can range from $2800+ We do occasionally have a range of sample gowns that are for sale so please get in touch for more information

+ What services do you offer?

We offer a large range of services within Wild + White Bridal from ready to order gowns straight from the rack to personalising your gown by making changes to off the rack styles to designing your very own Bespoke gown. All alterations on gowns purchased from Wild + White Bridal are done inhouse by our team. Currently we are still offering alterations on other branded gowns brought else where however due to how fast Wild + White Bridal is growing we can not say how long we can offer this service for.

+ Do you do accessories?

Yes we do, we design and hand make all our veils and headpieces. We have veils that you can try on at your consultation.

+ How long will my dress take to arrive?

Gowns can take 16- 36 weeks in production depending on what time of year it is.

+ How long will my dress take to be completed?

Gowns can take up to 6 to 12 months from when your order your gown to the finished product when you factor in shipping and alterations as well, Bespoke gowns can take longer. We suggest deciding on a gown 9-12 months prior to your wedding date, so you have time built in for fittings and accessorising. There are rush options for weddings under six months, but rush fees can apply.

+ What is a rush my order?

Anything under 6 months is considered as a rush order and can be charged an extra $550. Depending on the style we can order your gown for you 12 weeks out from you wedding.

+ What happens if I lose or gain weight before the wedding?

Bobby-Lee will talk to you before you order your gown to ensue the timeline if right for you

+ Will I need alterations?

All gowns need alterations for a completely unique and perfectly polished fit. We do all of this onsite and can walk you through all of your options when you come in for your appointment.

+ Are Wild + White Bridal gowns made in New Zealand?

While the gowns are designed in New Zealand, Bobby-Lee works closely with her team off shore where the gowns are made over. We work with several different factories in Europe. This allows us to be to work with exquisite and luxury laces and fabrics.

Due to the number of brides each year, we no longer offer bridesmaids

Terms and conditions

Delivery

The delivery times provided by this Website are estimates only however, all orders require a minimum of 6-9 moths to manufacture and deliver. Wild and White Bridal will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

International Customs Charges

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Wild and white Bridal do not have control over these charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own country’s regulations & compliances.

For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of the order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Wild and White Bridal will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Wild and White Bridal will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in New Zealand Dollars.

Price

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and Wild and White Bridal, the price payable by you for each Product is as specified on the Website at the time of the Order The Purchase Price excludes delivery costs, alteration costs, and Sales Taxes unless otherwise stated.

Any price indications or price lists provided to you or available on the Website from time to time are subject to alteration, replacement or repeal by Wild and White Bridal in its discretion.

If you are ordering from outside New Zealand, import duties, taxes, and customs charges may be applicable in your home country and are payable by you in addition to the Purchase Price.

Refunds and Repairs

The products offered for sale are made to a customer’s specific order. No refunds are offered. In cases of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for replacement/repair. In the case of a manufacturing fault, we must be contacted within 7 days of your receipt of the item, with the item returned within 14 days (overseas buyers 21 days).
